Favorite Dish/Cuisine: In the summertime, marinated and grilled vegetables. Stews and soups when it is cold outside.

Favorite Dish/Cuisine: Indian cuisine, with its interplay of spices … but my single favorite dish to cook (and I enjoy eating it, too!) is risotto.
