Katelyn Kleist, CEC, PCC is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef, American Culinary Federation Personal Certified Chef, and Introductory Sommelier. She attended the Midwest Culinary Institute after earning her Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky (go Wildcats!) Her additional experience in Chaines de Routisseur competitions, years of casual and fine dining catering experience, and a la carte restaurant service allows her to bring to the culinary arena a unique set of skills and expertise from which all her clients benefit. Kate strives to lead her culinary team to push the envelope of quality service and fantastic food to ensure her company fills the gaps between busy work schedules and timely, quality meals.
