Monthly Cooking Classes

Interested in honing you skills in the kitchen with classically trained industry professionals? Or maybe you are looking for something fun to do with friends and family? Our monthly interactive cooking classes will fit the bill! You are welcomed into our commercial kitchen to work with us on a variety of skills and techniques, which will introduce you to ethnic cuisines, planning strategies,  and new ingredients. With different class topics each month, there are endless possibilities for fun.

We make these classes engaging with hands-on demonstrations, interactive work stations, and refreshments. Plus you take home tastings and recipes to experiment with yourself. These creative classes are perfect for all ages and skill levels. We look forward to cooking with you this month!

France is the birthplace of classic cuisine, and the French repertoire has some of the most famous dishes in the world – and rightly so.  Think these dishes are only approachable by a master chef?  Think again.  Many of our favorites are based in the simplest techniques.  Whether elevated peasant dishes or impressive pastry concoctions, French cuisine has something for everyone.  Come cook with us!

Pasta is the perfect blank canvas for rich sauces and your favorite ingredients, both as an accompaniment and as a one-dish meal.  It’s even better with fresh, homemade noodles, and we’ll show you how easy that is … everything from wide pappardelle to stylish farfalle (bowties).  Whether the dish is a traditional favorite or a modern invention (we might even try out some fusion), you can toss together a tasty meal.  Come cook with us!
